Two sales options to provide complete flexibility when you sell with Iliko Immo :

Payment when the sale reaches exchange

The fixed fee is 9500 CHF HT.
Should you choose this option you will only pay the sale fee once the sale is concluded at the solicitors office. Iliko Immo will have an exclusive sales period of 6 months from the date of the signature instructing us to sell your property on your behalf
Iliko Immo fixed fee will be deducted from the amount the solicitor will pay on your account as with a normal agency commission fee.

Payment upon instruction of marketing

Should you choose this option you will enjoy 50% reduction on our fee, resulting in a fixed commission of only 4750 CHF HT to settle upon signature of the instruction contract.
You will enjoy the same level of services as clients who pay upon completion of the sales.
This option provides additional flexibility without any exclusivity tie in. Nothing else will be invoiced upon completion of the sale
